In compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13th, on Personal Data Protection, we inform that the personal data collected through the website www.exclusiveweddings.es, is to be included in a file of personal information, which shall be the liability and property of EXCLUSIVE WEDDINGS.  In addition, when users fill out any of the questionnaires that they have been sent via any email address of EXCLUSIVE WEDDINGS, by virtue of filling them out and sending them back to EXCLUSIVE WEDDINGS email address or other communications, USERS ARE EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZING EXCLUSIVE WEDDINGS to handle and add their personal data to its digital file, which includes information that the user has provided through such communications, as well as all of the data that is generated regarding their participation and/or use of the different services that are offered in this website.

In the event that the user who fills out the form has given Personal Data that corresponds to a different physical person, said user must inform the corresponding individuals of the conditions contained in the present document.

This purpose includes not only the actual provision of the service, but also the administration and improvement of the range of services that Exclusive Weddings may offer the user, the study of the type of services that are provided, the study and design of new services pertaining to the preferences of such services, as well as the sending of marketing information or any other information that Exclusive Weddings considers of interest to the user.
